How to Book
What you should do:
1/ Email or phone us to confirm that the dates are available
2/ Print off and complete the Booking Form
3/ Send the form along with a cheque for 50% of the weekly fee for each week you have booked. If you are booking four weeks or less prior to the start of your holiday, then the cheque must be for the full amount. Please make cheques payable to 'David and Alida Bryce'
4/ Four weeks prior to your holiday, please send the balance of your payment. Remember to take into account any additional costs as specified in the the Terms and Conditions page
What we will do:
1/ When we receive your email or phone call we will update the Availability and Prices. If you emailed us we will also confirm the reservation by email.
2/ Once the deposit has been received we will confirm receipt of the deposit and confirm the booking
3/ When we receive the balance, we will issue you an email receipt, and send you information on how to find Findhorn Brae Cottage and how to collect the keys
4/ If we do not receive your balance by 3 weeks prior to your holiday, then the booking will be considered to be cancelled
